We are putting up a new project in Gujarat for manufacturing yarn from Polyester Chips. we have just started the process of constructing the building. Please let me know whether at this stage, consent from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (Water & Air) is required to be obtained ? If not, at what time, the consent from the deptt. will be required ?

first u have to obtain NOC from dept to start ur factory construction. Then when ur project is ready u have to obtain Consent.
