Recognition and Reward Policy
Incentive Scheme (Project completion award???)
Referral Scheme and any other schemes (Personal, Car, Home Loans etc.)
Office Romance Policy (if you are having any of such issues)
Training & Development Policy
I have arranged as what has come first in mind. Kindly rearrange the same as per your requirements.

I dont think you should add these things like incentives etc.... coz that is a pert and parcel of HR manual rather than handbook. Handbook is a small version of manual and these topics are confidential and need not to be disclosed to every individual.
