First thing i would like to tell you what you doing with your present job is the beginning of HR work. It seems you are not satisfy with your work. Yes you are more eager to learn more HR things but you have to wait for your turn dear..Its very appreciating that you wanted to learn more as HR has a vast scope and you must learn for the same this will increase your skills...but you also have to show your interest in your present work.. Its not like that Recruitment and the work you are doing has no scope and will not give the experience and knowledge..
About learning. i wud say just be with us and whatever you want us, w'll help you out anytime...
With a start, im sending you a salary structure for your perusal, just go thru the format and try to understand the calculation. About EPF and ESI you need to visit their official website i have mentioned below, to get the rule and better understanding...
The Most important thing is you have to wait for your turn..give some time to yourself...
