Help needed.
I have signed a bond with a IT company on company letter heaad for not joining client for 2 years after completing my onsite assignment and work for six months once I return to india. But now client and my company has some issues and client want me to join them on their payroll. bond says pay damages of 25000 US dollar if i breach the contract. but there is no legal agreement between my company and client right now. The bond signed is in india and I am working out of india.
i want to know does such bond holds any legal value in this scenario. can I leave by resigning without any notice period.
please let me know what should I do.

Dear
Even if the bond signed on letterhead is valid. In case it is to be enforced in a Court of Law then your employer will have to pay the legal penalty under the Stamp Act and can enforce it . Till then you have time. But resigning without a solution is not advisable.

Bond is completely valid ,There is a prbl'm between ur company & client ,not with u am i right,Then y do u want to join the client place ,I feel this is Unethical toward's ur profession,Ur Employer has given you a opportunity to work in client place & that's were u got ur career exposure & now u want take a chance ,Never ever try to do this .
Solve ur prbl'm ambically with ur company u r nowhere related to ur client.
Sorry if my word's hurt's u it's my opinion.
