I've been working in a company since last 9 months.In my Appointment letter probation period is 6 months after that i should get confirmation letter. once i received the confirmation letter i should give 2 months notice period if i m leaving.recently i got very good opportunity & i want to join asap.
After completing 6 months my employer didnt issue confirmation letter it means i am still on probation & i can give notice period which i want.
but employer is arguing that once u complete 6 months in our company ur automatically confirmed (which he is liying) in reality they issue confirmation certificate, which i didnt receive.
Now my new employer is asking for Reliving or experince letter or Resignation accepted copy.current employer is not ready to accept my resignation.
After discussing wid my boss i gave date of joining to new company on which they agreed.but my boss is still not accepting the resignation & based on experince he wont give me Reliving or experince letter while leaving.
As a proof of experince i've Appontment letter, salary slips & Form 16.
