I would like to know which is the cheapest available payroll solution in the market and would like to evaluate all the available softwares for maintaining payroll.
And also I have a couple of questions:
1) Which are the available payroll software in india?
2)After buying a payroll solution where will it be hosted? Where do your company host the payroll solution? What are the hardware requirements for them?
3)Does anyone use free payroll software? CAn they be trusted?
4) Does anyone use an online application to maintain payroll information? If at all any one is using them, how do you know the data is safe?

I have been analyzing different cloud based HR softwares in market for quite sometime, and have come across some pretty good softwares.

I have evaluated based on three categories which i seem you would also find logical-

Functionality - The first step of evaluation was what all functionalities the software provides, whether the software assists ALL the functions of an HR or not, right from Leave & attendance management to Payroll Processing. Few softwares surpassed even the top brands in terms of functionalities (i.e. considering all the possible task of an HR has to do)

Accessibility - Secondly i have considered how easy it is to access the software, in other terms ‘how much user friendly the software is’ because even if a software is loaded with all the possible functionalities if it is complex and not easy to use then it is of less worth.

Security - I consider the data of an organisation to be extremely important so while using a cloud based service i would take security of my data very seriously, so its important to check through the security algorithms being used by the softwares.

Integrability - I have also considered how well does the software blends into an organisation’s functionality.

Some softwares have overpassed my expectations some softwares i think are overrated.

I have evaluated the softwares mostly by using there free trails and reading the reviews of their customers.

I am not being judgmental here, nor am i saying one software is better than the other but here are few softwares worth trying, they all provide free demo, so no harm in trying it.
