Hi,,,
Induction or orientation programme is contains some more facts about the organisation.If somebody joined one organization he/she needs to be familiar with the whole systems of the orgn.The right time of Induction programe is within 7 days from the date of joining,,,it is not mandatory,,,its vary from orgn to orgn.
