Lack of knowledge and awareness about various industrial departments will make the people to surrender to the concerned department officials, which lead to the corruption.
To fight with corruption and improve the awareness about the duties and rights with each department..... Right to Information Act will be a good tool ... further it is better to maintain laison with various departments and give an impression that we are sincere at fulfill the statutory obligations...

Dear Rajesh,
This is good one.. I think that there few more reason :-
1. People leave if Job Satisfaction not there
2. People do not like other interfiorer in their work
3. Authority & Limitation not well-defined.
4. If Employer feels employee as servent then employee not work for team. etc etc.
Hope that you will agree with these points.

The way is to stop curruption are :-

1. The officer who visit any organization, units, company or individual should inform in advance to higher authority, this will help to cross-check.
2. What kinds of information he will approch from visited company should be well defined and well-informed in advance or in a specific format by Authority.
3. Only 1st Visit and queries raised by officer is recommended. 2nd visit should be allow after first visit queries sort out and case closed.

All these possible, if superior / high authority can take responsiblity to stop corruption.

For Example :- a Labour Officer visit to a company where he wants to check various forms like muster roll, attendence register etc... etc.. Before visit of this officer, the Labour Commission should inform in advance by Officer and visit after permission from them. A specific report should be made from them and should be re-submit after visit with queries raised. All the settlement in one single window where company officer can pay necessary amount and take receipt and case closed. This will help to stop corruption and will increase Govt. Revenue also. Now a days, the income goes to individual instead of Govt. account and finally costing of less revenue burden comes on general public in forms of taxes.

Hope that you will agree.

Regards,
Abdul.
