Hello sir, Do we need to maintain "C" register for all the employees who worked in FY? OR for those who are on our payroll at the time of distribution of bonus? Kindly Guide.

If we ve to pay Bonus for the period of FY 2009-10 & we are paying it in Nov. 10 then might possiable till Nov 10 some staff leave the organisation , then at the time of distribution of bonus do we need to prepared Register "c" for all of them who was their on payroll for the FY 09-10 OR for them who are their at the time of Distribution of Bonus?

We are to prepare bonus register 'C' for those eligible employees only who have worked in the accounting year 2009-10 only irrespective of the fact they are working or not working at the time of disbursement of bonus.
