*I HAD INCLUDED THE LTD/ MEDICAL BASED ON BASIC /12, BONUS WITH LTA+ MEDICAL (BOTH ADDED).
NOW A DAY STAFF WILL NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE MOST OF THE PREPARE HIMSELF TO CLAIM (FAKE BILLS)
THE LTA/ BILLS +MEDICAL BILLS, WE SHOULD KEEP ON ASKING AND COLLECTING BILLS WHETHER
THEY ARE ELIGIBLE OR NOT, NEED TO CHECK THAT THE REASON WE HAD ADDED IN THE SALARIES.

I have a few doubts in the excel sheet that you have attached - its basically because of the acronyms used in it. I understand its unwise to ask but i really need help in this.
Kindly let me know the definitions of the acronyms used.
