I quit my job & now applying for PF, what documents i need to provide along with PF & pension form.
I need guidance regarding my queries. I request you to Please Help me for the same
1- i am single & so i wants to keep my Mothers name as nominee in PF & Pension can i keep my mothers name as my nominee,if yes then what details about her i need to provide.My mother staying at my home town & i am working in Mumbai & my previous Org. is Delhi base.
2-Can i keep my married sister as a nominee.
3-After my old Org sending withdrawal form to Delhi PF office How many days it tooks to get me my PF in Mumbai.
4- What other documents i need to submit to support my PF withdrawal application

Answer for your above que..
1.You can mention your mother name in nominee for P.F but for pention the nominee should be blood relatives.
2. Yes.. Nominee only for PF
3. After sending to the PF office minimum it takes 45 days to 3-4 months.
4. Bank passbook photocopy (front page), for ECS provision you have to attach crossed cheque or Photocopy & 3A

First of all i want to know the years of service put in so far in your old organisation,
1. To Claim your PF amount the first thing they will check is that you should not be employed in anyother organisation, if you are employed so they will ask you to transfer your account to the new concern.
2. If you were served for above ten years then your pension can't be claimed instead you can get a scheme certificate which in later you can claim as early pension at the age of your retirement.
3. you need not want to provide any supporting document for nominees, and also i'm not sure about your married sister as your nominee, pls confirm that.
4. After resignation from your organisation 2 months later you are eligible to claim your pf amount and from the date of despatch from your org. it will take anothe 1 or 1.5 months to receive your claimed at your bank account. this was in practice in chennai, pls check with your area
