Dear All, please forward me the duties and responsibilities of a security guard and gun man who are deployed with a bank or its ATM. Generaly only few security guards aware only 1% of the duty.

At the ATM there is only a security Guard who is never a gunman. Gunman accompany the van carrying cash (while loading cash into the ATM).
The Security guard is akin to the security guards in any other office / residential complex.
In India ATM's are Bank owned & hence these Banks do have their own set of guidelines for the security guards.
In fact some Bank ATM's do not have guards & have access control doors which can be opened with the Cards.
ATM's are self service extension of a Bank.All details are displayed in the premises.
The most important aspect which customers forget is that the security guard is normally not a Bank staff. Even if one, he will not possess adequate knowledge of the Bank rules, card related The customers must not seek any type of assistance from the security guards.
