I want to know about whole Compliance’s list and procedure of its working and timings.
I am new in HR. I want to know in a layman's language the methods and requirement for statutory policies. What are the files that one needs to maintain? I know of Employee file, Attendance register, which every employee signs. Is it mandatory for the CEO also to sign this register. The seniors in this organisation also have to submit their resumes in the HR file?
How is a muster roll different from the Attendance register? Is it necessary to maintain a muster book. We have around 24 employees out of which 10 are in Mumbai and balance are sales located in Delhi, Chennai etc, working from home. So when i maintain a muster book can it all be in one sheet or is one sheet dedicated to one employee? How is it maintained?
Is there anything else that I have to maintain? Also what happens in a situation wherein we have people in the payroll of our consultants, but working with us as a DSR? What are the things I have to take care of?

HR compliances are Attendance, payroll, statutory activities like ESI, PF,Professional tax etc and Performance management, training need analysis,recruitment, etc. In this, the various registers to be maintained is based on the type of act under which the company had registered. The various forms needed for ESI and PF activities will be available in websites of PF and ESI itself. I am also sharing some files with me for your benefit.
Other activities like Performance management, Training, Development, Recruitment, are the basic activities of HR for the betterment of their human resources so that they work with satisfaction. Regarding all these activities you can get ideas and methods from various sources.

Compliance is a very broad term to be defined.
It requires lots of legal , health & safety requirements.

Dear seniors... can anybody give me the list of HR compliances. and important dates to work on them..
As such there is nothing called full HR compliance.
In pharma organisations, the HR compliances are mainly related with GMP documentations, Audits (USFDA, MHRA etc),trainings, Housekeeping, Pest control etc. which are not applicable for any other organisations.
Secondly if you want to know about Statutory Compliances, it is more or less same as per the Acts applicable to any other organisations.
If you talk in terms of systems and procedures, it is mainly recruitments, inductions, trainings, PMS, employee welfare etc.
Pl revert back if you require any further clarification on this issue.
