The Company we were working was taken over by another co. three years ago.Within one year the new management has sent out almost 50% of the staff.Even though two years have over, their full and final has not been settled in spite of many letters.All emails sent to the MD,Directors remain unanswered.Is there any way to collect the settlement .I request the members to advise in this regard.

Dear Friend,
You can appraoch to Labour Court & there you will get the remedy for the same.
As per the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 employee will get 15 days compensation
for every one year of work done.
As well as compensation to be paid within 48 hrs of the retrenchment if not paid
termination also illegal.
Please do the needful by group application.
