Hi,

I would like to explain you few things why we need to design our own resume.

If you go with your resume it will clearly make the interviewer understand what you are and you will chances for employment will be better. Even if you are unfit you get chances to understand where did you fail.

Your creativity and goal will be represented if you have your own resume.

In my experience several HR Manager are willing to go with fresher not for their credentials for their creativity, passion for work, approach and so on.

If you are going to get the best resume then you have duplicate the person which is impossible. I recommend you to be bold in facing the reality. Every one knows that you are fresher and there are limitations.

There are few things which I would like to give as an input to you on how you can build a better resume.

Any where in the resume you are not suppose to put I or Me or My which includes your objectives.

Give details on year of completion of every course you have completed.
If you ar fresher you dont have any thing to display about your achievements but you can display what is the initiatives you have taken to change things in your environment. for example if you have coordinated for a Intercultural festival. Draft it very briefly so that you can explain it during the interview.

In hobby do be very sure about what you write these are the areas where we conclude while we hire a fresher. For example I have seen a candidate who wrote I like music when I started probing the candidates answers were noncontributory.

Particularly most of them write surfing the net. It has both the ends.

If possible show how you network with the society ( with the right people).
Be prepared to answer what made you to go for HR.( Atleast 95% of candidates fail to answer this question). Any answer you make should be natural and building the answers will not work.

If you still need more help display or send your resume to couple of recruiters and ask them to comment on resume.

Regards
