THIS IS NEENA. I AM UNDERGOING A TRAINING PROGRAM IN A PUBLIC SECTOR COMPANY WHERE I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO CHOOSE A TOPIC FOR THE PROJECT ON MY OWN.
EARLIER I CHOOSE THE TOPIC " ROLE OF COMPETENCY MAPPING IN EFFECTIVELY PLANNING HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE ORGANIZATION" BUT THE CONCERNED GUIDE TOLD ME THE TOPIC IS NOT VERY INTERESTING AND APPROPRIATE. HE HAVE ASKED ME TO WORK ON "JOB SATISFACTION" WHERE I WILL HAVE TO COMPARE THE JOB SATISFACTION OF MY COMPANY WITH SOME OTHER COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES.
WILL YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME THAT THE TOPIC I CHOOSE EARLIER WAS VAGUE? AND THAT THE TOPIC SUGGESTED TO ME BY MY GUIDE WILL BE INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING? ALSO IF ANY OTHER HR TOPIC YOU FEEL IS WORTH UNDERTAKING AS A PROJECT.
PLEASEEEEEEE REPLY ME SOON. I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY TOPIC BY MONDAY.
