hi,
for payroll processing you have to take care of the following:-
1. Attendance details of employees with Leave details
2. As per your company rules you have calculate leave particulars and arrive Leave Without Pay
3. If you are doing in excel you can give formula for calculating PF, ESI and PT
4. You have to enter the LOP details, salary has to be calculated accordingly.
5. if you give full details I can guide you.

There are companies who take care of complete payroll processing and related compliance issues like pF,ESI,IT etc. Why don’t you outsource this task...it costs much less.

There are companies that can take care of all of your payroll needs. Including quartley & year end reporting. I would suggest you contact ADP. There a great company with a wonderful reputation.
Good Luck!
