Dear All,
I have joined a new company, its a Microfinance Company as a Training Manager. This company works in providing loans to people who are on poverty line or one can say that lower middle class employees. Kindly suggest me the areas in which i can provide training to the employees. The training will broadly include procedural as well as behavioral functions.
