Hi,
I have 5 years of experience in HR Field. I was working in a manufacturing industry. To take care of my child's education i have resigned my job. But i dont want to waste the experience gained in HR Field. Could anyone guide me on what home based HR related works can i do other than recruitment.

The very essence of HR is to be in the thick of the organizational activity. Perhaps the only role you could think of is providing back end support to HR in preparing & maintaining pay roll, ESIC, EPF records, performance evaluation, designing training programs. It would depend on management's policy to outsource such work. It may work for small sized organization but not for larger scale operations involving more than 50 staff..

Dear mam,
HR department requires or conducts frequent training programs on technical as well as soft skills. You can make contribution through making presentations in power point on topics like communication, leadership, office etiquette, written communication. You can also prepare training manuals from various available sources for any company. In fact you yourself can conduct simple presentations for 1 hour for different batches.
There are plenty of opportunities in Training side. Good luck

A job description is also a communication tool that tells coworkers where their job leaves off and the job of another starts. A well-written job description tells an employee where their job fits within the overall department and the overall company.
The most important part of hr field is job analysis . A job analysis is the process used to collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of a particular job. You need as much data as possible to put together a job description, which is the frequent outcome of the job analysis.

Dear All Hi,
I want to inform you that you people can start your own consultancy at your home. For this you should have tieup with few companies for placing the candidate then you should have a good job portal that from there you can get the resume.
Now beside it you can inroll yourshelf to giving training in HR institution. You can also become part time faculty in colleges for HR subjects.
One more thing i want to tell you. Share trading is the best idea for all of you. But for trading the shares you should have good knowledge of share market.
Try these things. I am sure u will succed.
