Hi seniors i need your guidance in setting up hr functions in my organization.. i work with a start up consultancy & was appointed as hr recruiter... now the company is concentrating on the other avenues like getting into training & also in taking up corporate projects etc.. we have appointed more recruiters & also feel the need of having proper hr systems... i have been promoted as executive hr & the responsibility of building systems has been entrusted to me i need to start from a scratch as i was more into recruitment & need guidance in making the whole process work.... kindly help me. i am really confused of how to go about doing all this.. thanks & regards poonam :icon1:

Dear all i am currently setting up a hr department in one of the engineering construction company. this company currently doesn t have hr dept. in their corporate office. but all hr functions are activated from their regional office which is situated in some other area. in the corporate office i am the only newly appointed person and also newly started department. how should i proceed ? what are the essential aspects do i need to consider in setting up the new hr department? regards
