It depends on budget of your company. Obviously job portals will help you a lot. Other option can be via campus recruitments but again it is time consuming. If your company is ready to invest then place an add in newspaper.

See after some interaction we can judge one's ease to work, his attitude towards work and aim in life. How important work is for him? How important is success for him? and the person who is ready to take challenges in life, who has the will to do hard work is the right person.
Also, in case of freshers there may be a case when someone may pretends to be a hard worker but when he is hired may not perform up to the mark. In order to stay away from this risk, always take freshers for a particular period like ask them to fill a bond of 6 months.

* Schedule walk-ins on every Saturday, Sunday.
* Go for Campus Interviews. You will get good cooperation & support from Placement Coordinators in campus selection.

Hi!..
If your company is interested to hire wherein money is not a constraint for hiring the best option to hire for feshers in marketing would be:
1. Campus Selection(would need to design your selection process)
2. Can opt for good Consultancy who have actually experience in hiring freshers(there would be plenty of consultant who would like to get associated but find out the right one who would actually be able to DELIVER).
3.Start calling from the job portal that is available with you.
