Pl leave during probation
Hi i have a question related to earned leave el or privilege leave pl during probation period. as far my knowledge goes pl accumulates during probation period. only this is we cannot take it on paper. but by some approval companies allows leave during probation also. now as per one of the big company leaves will not be accumulated during probation. this will start accumulating after the probation period. please confirm on this

Hi all in my company there is an employee who has taken many leaves during his probation period . 8 leaves in 6 months of probation period. besides he is always on personal calls and chats. pls let me know the conditions to extend his probation period. and can we extend probation period in such cases. his performance is of average level. on what basis the probation period is extended . which points are taken into consideration during such cases? regards shlvhn
