Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your concern. I have 3 years of experience in Backend HR processes. I was working with Deutsche Bank Global Services in Bangalore for 2 years as a Learning and Development Specialist. Things were not fine at all there due to the recession the previous year.

I have completed my SAP certification in HCM Functional. Right now, I am open to either SAP HR or a role as an L&D Specialist in any BPO or KPO. Please find my attached resume for your reference.

Dear Mahesh,

Thank you for the wonderful ppt! The best way to use unemployment is as discussed:

1. Shifting focus to positive things
2. Strong financial planning - minimalist view
3. Utilize time to regroup and re-skill before the next assignment
4. Finally, consider how to establish yourself as a brand and not remain a product carrying different brands.

Somehow, our value system encourages us to earn income, which is primarily the individualistic view. But it is tough times like this that make us go beyond the bindings and teach us how to generate revenue, gaining the big picture!

Dear Mahesh,

What you shared was a good read. Thanks for that. I do appreciate posts that can make us think and contribute to collective learning. Here's an article on regrouping oneself for self-enhancement called "Investing in Me, Inc":
