Hello All, Today is my first day on this site & I'm trying to familiarise myself with it. I would like to get information on writing job descriptions. I work for a hotel & have done a job description for just about all the positions available in the hotel industry but I need to know what's legal to write & what's not......for example is it legal to write: Must read, write and speak English fluently? Any all all input you have would be helpful.....thanks!

Hi Ansha,
As per my understanding there are no set procedures for designing a JD, however the JD so framed must be clear and should cover all the requirements of the position.

As you are from the hotel industry, could you please help with the JD for Guest relation Manager.
We are trying to write a JD on the same but we need some assistance.
