what are all the ways to keep good relation between employee and employer......what are the do’s and don’ts from both the parties... Sathasivam
Dear Sathasivam,
We should remember that we are for the benefit of both organisation and employees. Hence, we need to provide/implement best services with zero defects and we should extract an excellent performance from them. While doing these processes, they will suffer with some of problems which requires our attentions.
Never think of caste, creed, gender etc or even never see where they stands in organisation structure. We should respect the employees, we should be available to them for an informal interations. As and when we get any complint from them, pl try to solve immediatly and pl try to communicate about the solution from time to time.
Pl try to listen about their personal life in an informal way upto a limit.
