Dear All
My company just transferd me to its factory as Head HR. Iam having total of 8 yrs of experiance but not in factory.
I required your help regarding following
1. What all forms we have to maintaine
2. What all legal returns we have to make each and every qtr,half yearly,annualy?
This is is IT manufaturing and having more that 300 people are working (60 onrolls)

Hi, Very simple. Get factories rules of your state where your factory is situated. You will find all registers, forms, returns etc. to be maintained in a factory. regds anil kaushik
