Its an crucial and yet unimportant issue. As an HR professional , u are responsible for mainaining right culture in the organisation. But we dont know whats the culture in your organisation. Some culture may be termed as bad for one but not for other. like for example the org culture at Call centres and family based indian companies are different and yet very relevant for their respective context. The point is you need to be careful about performance, work discipline etc at the workplace. If any happening be it due to extra marital or otherwise friendly which is interfering with performance and work discipine then it has to be dealt forthright.

In this particular case, you dont need to interfere in their personal life. If they are not following office norms/discipline etc then u need to follow your standard disciplinary process if laid in your company. BUT the reason should not lie at extra - marital relationship. It is altogether different issue. Love cannot be tamed / restricted on the pre text of mairrage. It can happen at any age & place. It should not be tied into moral or immoral. Love is beyond everything. Organisation should harness love as it creates creativity, empathy and sensitivity in the enviornment.

As an HR profession, you maintain your org discipline. If any one voilets that take action as per norms. Dont encourge the gossip by listening people to talk on this issue.

Thanks a lot for the acknowledgement. I know you’ve spared me for the spelling mistakes at a lot of places, :-) it just happened in a flow of thought. Thanks again .

Ask them not to behave bad in office, rest is their personal life. Let them do after office hours whatever they want to do.
