Policies are generally for shift timings & breaks,misconduct,attendance rules, dress code,leaves, statutory obligations,non-disclosure,IJPs and appraisals to mention a few of them. So you can coordinate with your management and frame rules or guidelines for all such types of policies.

I am an independent HR Consultant and am working on creating an HR Policy for a software firm with about 25 employees. The initial policy will consist of details on recruitment and staffing, leave policies, discipline and General policies. I have been away from India for a while. Could anyone give me an idea how much to quote in terms of a service fee? Your response is much appreciated.

I want to make policy for Leave,Compensatry off,weekly off.
Corporate office is in Delhi and we have chain stores at Mumbai,Chennai,Chandigadh,Bangalore.
Please also let me know what all are the records i need to maintain related to HR and is it different for different store.
