Dear all wanted your thoughts and suggestions on possible ways of conducting exit interview for an employee during this lock down period where in the employee is doing wfh and so is hr myself. are there any specific policies w.r.t this? though the exit interview and form filling can be done remotely through internet but withdrawal of company assets such as laptop and id cards it a challenge . do provide your inputs or suggestions at the earliest please.
