The differance between PM & HRM, PM is maintanance oriented like Administrative in nature, but HRM is a development oriented.
Why do u want to work in HR? We can't answer this question because ur openion is different 4m others. Some people work in HR because they may like Interaction with people n solving of problems, some people want to act as a bridge between low level employees n high laevel mgmt, some people don't like the Mktng, Finance etc.. Reasons r varied. So The answer is what is ur openion? Why did you choose HR as a specialization?
