This is dev an MBA - HR professional with 2 yrs of experience in HR Generalist. Now I got an oppertunity to work as a single point of contact with a upcoming software company which is also in to IT recruitment , Contract to HR placement etc .I am assigned to handle all HR related Activities.Now we are planing to implement all HR practices .I have to develop H R Policies, HR Structures, Payroll.. etc I dont know where to start.
