HI TO ALL,
its been a long time to surf dis site. Azmal, Vishal, hi to u. i guess u know dat i hv joined a subsidiary of siemens. Well how u all are. I wud like u all to tell me abt how a training ca\lender is prepared in an organiosation. whts d procedure n wht r d imp things which shud b taken care of while preparing a calender. I wud really appreciate a quick response.byeeeeeeeeee

Hi Deepali,
First congrats on your new assignment
I follow 3 steps before preparing this Training Calendar.
STEP 1: IDENTIFY THE TRAINING NEEDS
STEP 2: CREATE A TRAINING PLAN
A. WHAT TO TRAIN?
B. WHO HAS TO BE TRAINED?
C. WHO IS THE TRAINER?
D. WHERE SHOULD BE THE TRAINING
E. WHEN IS THE TRAINING.
STEP 3: NOW PREPARE THE TRAINING CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR MONTH WISE AND TOPIC WISE.
Its simple but effective for me.

i could not open ur training calened hope u send it to . now i hope u know that i am student doing trainning in the software firm fortunately i am into trainning dept here the procedures are plan for a year ..now we have aportal where we first get the requirment of diffrent people the requirment may be technical, softskills and also process now once it is collected we try to arrange it to monthly plan ...now once the back office work like fixing the venue and the mode of trainningv(classroom or e-learnning) is over we come up with monthly action plan were we provide all the group leareds with the monthly plan and ask them to nominate persons from their team who needed to br trainned .... thais is what we are following i hope it works ..mam i would be able to answer u more and learn from u if u can ask me specfic questins and more over once i can download ur plan schedule i would be able to say more ..expecting ur replyy

hi Deepali,
i hope i am not too late in helping you as you wanted a quick response.
First you'ld carry out Training Need Analysis through out the organization at different levels of organization.
then you'ld decide the priorities of training needs. that would depend upon the level in the organization you want to be trained or any immediate requirement of the training need.
your preferences would be matched with the availability of the trainers who would carry out the training.

This traiing calender is not fulfiiling my aim . AS need to plan for the entire year that includes technical / softskill and outdoor trainning also .
So can you be more brief in the same .
