Dear Sirs,
I need the following clarifications (our company is less than 20 employees) :
What is procedure of VPF?
How much contribute in VPF for employee?
Employer can contribute in VPF if yes how much?
VPF procedure is same as PPF?
Actually our Office is think about EPF, but our employees is less than 20.
my friend told me that good idea if apply VPF if not EPF.
I am waiting your reply for registering VPF.

Procedure :
Make a voluntary application to RPFO along with 12% contribution payment of the present employees.
Attachments :
1. No Objection certificate signed by majority of the employees
2. Articles & Memorandam of Association of the company
3.Document illustrating & explaining the nature of business of the company
on submission of application to the RPFO , the application will go to Head office located in New Delhi , for approval because regional RPFO does not have power to allot code in voluntary coverage application. once approval is obtained from Head office, regional office allots the code .
The entire procedure takes nothing less than two months.
