Dear All,
As you are aware or not about new combine Challan for PF & ESI payment has been imposed. It's in effect from 01-04-10. (one copy of circular and Challan is attached). I have few questions in this reference:
1. The dates of payment are different for PF & ESI, What is the date of making the payment thru this Challan.
2. How many copies are required to submit?
3. If one organization is having more than one subcode for ESI. How would they make payment the ESI & PF separately?
4. How will we submit the return for ESI and PF. PF Return - Monthly (Triplicate copy of Challan is required with Return) and ESI Return - Half yearly (Triplicate copy of six month's Challans are required.)
If anybody from are having answer for these above mentioned questions, Please let me know.

Dear All,
From This may - 10 ESIC anonce the salary celing is Rs 15000/- But i have one clarification about this we have 26 employees in our concern but the eligibility of esic is only 15 members now our organisation is under coverage or not kindly clarify.

you have raised the reasonable questions as authorities has just declared
and implimented this challan without proper guide lines.
i have cleared this matter with authorities and they told to send challan in old fashion till these points are not cleared
