thanks a lot for the PPT is great, i need another favouor there are few more things if you can inlight me on that also it would be of great help.
1. can you send me a staffing shift wise for a three shift of say around 50 people with 9 hrs in each shift.
2. what kind of Human Resource Policy one should have
- what kind of Incentives Plans
- what kind of Salary Structure one should have
3. Recruitment
- how to Plan ur recruitment
- what kind of recrutiment policy one should have
4. Scaling/Ramp up/
- Policy
- Plan
5. Work force Audit
6. Business Development Team
- In-house training
- Outsourced Training
7. Vendor Policy (food/transport)
- Vendor Quality
and any other if you can think of any more it would be great and would be greatful to you for that
