Hi guys,
in my contact center, i look at my demographics and see what they like doing.
since most of them like to party, i provide quarterly parties, fun days, monthly routine breakers and teambuilding activities.
i also do timely evaluation aligned with the salary increase based on market benchmarks

If salary is the one of the major reasons for leaving the organisation, could anyone pls support this statemnet with data .... where do we get this data which revleals this fact that people leave for money or because of maagers....division as per age group?

I agree with hillmistdew. Immediate managers/supervisors are pivotal in ensuring employees are engaged, feel happy to come to work, see value in the job they are doing and have constant guidance and support. This will automatically ensure the attrition angle is taken care of.
Other factors like salary, recognition, outings, facilities do play a part but a Manager single handedly can nullify the need for these.

Discussion on employee retention is very knowledge based. All have represents different ideas. Apart from all other facilities salary is important matter for all most all employees.
