Hai Sandhya,
From My side I cannot discriminate Which is the best (Air Hostess or HR)
I think both the professions carry its own importance, But I would suggest you that Since you have already worked on Hr, you can now prefer to join any Airlines to add value to the course you have undergone previously, If suppose you cannot click in airlines, anyways you carry an experience in HR which will definietly get you into any MNC.

Hi Sandhya
The job what you have got right now is really good which involves a lot of brainwork as well as manual work also but as far as an airhostess job is concerned i dont concern it as upto that standard. Job should be such people should admire you for the amount of work u do. Here in HR executive job ur next jump would be as an HR manager as you suceed in future but then to decision lies with you, you are your own decision maker you have to find whats right or wrong for you. People might say different things.
It shouldnt be such you regret later in future think it from a long term point of view

Hi friend, Both of them have their own value. The decision should be yours. Don’t allow anyone influence your decision. Regards, Pravin.P

Hi Sandhya,
On a long term perspective, HR will add on value to your profile. Well I can't comment on Aviation industry and the different profiles.
Yes one thing is for sure as work progresses in HR there is no looking back. Secondly with the kind of work experience you would add on, you will also gain a lot of respect along with your job profile.
The final decision is yours. All the best !

Hi Sandhya,
As you done ur specialty in Hospitality so you can try to be an Air Hostess.. if you selected then its good if not then also good becaz you are in HR field with an MNC.
Regarding the Industries both have their own values. But yes HR field is little bit more respectable.. Rest is your decision.

I work for a national carrier based out at oman, i work in the HR department, In my opnion you should persue a field based on your competencies , please check yourself by doing a swot analysis and theafter work towards the same. In my opnion both are very challanging field which needs an extended PR skills.

Do u plan 2work even after marriage? . Air Hostess (AH) job is attractive but u shud maintain health (body shape) else u'll b given PINK SLIP. Older u bcome lesser the chance of retaining as A.H. But u cud earn handsome n little time & could fly2 places u like....
B4 making decesion think how long u intend to work? then u'll get clear idea
