hi everyone,
Im in the process of drafting a good employee friendly leave policy for the company. we are into engineering goods..apart from the normal sick, casual, maternity and priviledge leave are there any other category which one can have in the leave policy..

Hi All,
Its a pleasure visiting Cite HR website. My name is Bipin. I am in a process of reframing some of the policies like LTA, Medical reimbursement, Leave policy, Home furnishing.
It would of great help if I could get copies of these policies for my reference, based on which I can formulate the policies for my organization.
I am part of Textile manufacturing organization with a manpower of approximately 5000.

hi all
as much as i know,there is no legal requiremnts regarding numbr of leaves.generally CL-8
SL:8 and PL : 15 or 16 are provided by organizations.
also there are some special leaves like Study leave or education leave and also maternity leave for fathers
