sir, I am working in NPCIL through contractor. My work is regular type i am working since 1994. As per law, How many type of facilities, we can get from NPCIL. Presently we get only PF & Bonus only. Can we get any leave, medical facility. If I can leave for one day contractor deduct amount for that day. Our contract is one year labour supply contract.

If PFable salary is more than 10,000 & but basic amount is less than 10,000/-. what will be the calculation. whether the employee is eligible for bonus or not ?

IM GOING TO PREPARE FOR FULL & FINAL SHEET FOR EMPLOESS WITH BOUNS AMOUT SO PLEASE KINDLY SUGESTION ME FOR BOUNUS CALCULAT PROCCERS.
FOR EXAMPLE THEY WORKED ATTEND 4 MONTH NO OF DAYS 52 AND BASIC 6500/25=240*52 DAYS*8.33% OR
BASIC 6500/30=217*52 DAYS* 8.33%
SO WE DIVIDE BY 30 DAYS OR 25 DAYS IN MONTH FOR BASIC.
