Dear All
I need help with manpower forecasting in our organization. Our company is launching a social network site and i am assigned to do the forecasting for an year but i have no clue how to go about it as i cannot use trend or ration analysis for this. so which method should i adopt for this?
If any one has got any templates for this please let me know

In the absence of past data, you need to use qualitative forecasting methods. Please search the web and if you do not succeed I can give you references.
