Tazeen
Hello All,
I was a part of a limited company in bombay with head office in delhi. Iworked for almost 2.5 years and resigned from this company more than 01 year before.
I approached my ex-employer to get my PF amount withdrawn. They gave me a form (not sure of the form number). Its kind of a statement that states my PF deduction for last fiscal year with that company.
MY Question == my tenure was of more than 2.5 years, but the form states only the last fiscal year. That company advised me to submit this form to the Delhi PF office. If i do so, will i get 01 year of PF settlement or settlement of my entire tenure of 2.5 years.
I have not yet submitted the form, as i am in doubt.
Please advise
Thanks
Tazeen.

For pf claim we should fill the form no 19 & form 10c. It is the full and final settlement forms in PF. If your employer deducted ur contribution and paid their contribution to PF officer then the pf office will give a form no 23 (PF slip) stated the amount of your contribution and your employer contribution. You can collect that form your employer. from there you can identify your contribution period and amount.

Hi,
I was working for a rail manufacturing company in Baroda under agency roll. After 1 and half years, I was taken into this company's payroll. Now I have submitted to my agency company my PF withdrawal form and have receipt that they have submitted the same to PF office and its nearly four months now and there is no money transferred into my account. The agency company which is in Mumbai says that we are not responsible to make any follow up. In this case isnt the Agency Company to make follow up on my behalf? if no, then how can I make sure that I get my money?
Kindly guide.
