Hi Everybody,
Can anyone tell me When is the OD intervention required to be implemented? I came across in one of the book which states a formula as :
DissatisfactinXVission of the companyXFirst step>Resistance to change
When any of the above mentioned 3 component is Zero or nearing to zero the result would also be Zero or nearing zero and this is the time when the OD intervention is necessary....
I'm not very clear about formula, is this statement correct?If the formula is correct, can anyone interprete it?The next question would be how to identify at what level the company is in? Is there any questionnaire or other method to find out ?

Pls....answer to the question........
Let me make the question very simple.I understand the step of OD process but when we can say that the organisation needs to implement the OD Intervention before really undertaking any OD process?
