Dear everyone in the HR community,
I'm designing a training roadmap and would need help if someone could share with me a sample of a training roadmap.
May I know whether to design to a training roadmap, it started from training needs analysis at at organisational, department and job designation level?

Dear Jasmine,
Your training programme should increase operational efficiency. Therefore, start with departmental KRAs and think how can you improve the departmental performance through the training. At the end of the year you should audit the performance of training department by increasing operational efficiency of the operational departments.
