Company not paying full salary and asking to resign
I am working in a medical software company.first the company put my salary on hold and paid it one week later after i had to complain with company s md.i was paid the salary but they did not pay me my full take home salary as mentioned in salary breakup.i was also supposed to get my conveyance/travel expenses along with the salary which has also not been paid to me.and now they are telling me to resign and submit company property or they will take legal action.what should i do?

I use to work for a real estate company in india mumbai and left on 10/06/2015 however they have not yet paid my may and june salary was said will get paid in full and final settlement in a month but i has not yet happened. i have taken the salary slip from them for may but it is yet not paid to me also i have official resigned with proper resignation and notice period. please suggest what to be done in such scenario? i am trying to reach everyone possible in the company including the director but havent got any answer yet. please suggest a legal way to claim my salary

Bonus not paid by employer in full & final settlement
Dear all please note that i have worked in a limited company for 3.5 years and every year at the time of diwali the company paid me bonus every year as per company policy. but when i resigned on july 2013 before diwali the company did not pay me bonus for 15 months period april12 to june13 in my full & final settlement. please suggest whether the company liable to pay me bonus for that period ? can i take any action against the same matter ? regards dinesh dhall

Incentives not being paid in full due to contact center downtime
Hello i get paid salary and incentives in a contact center there was a kpi to be met to get the full incentive the kpi was met however on the last day the crm had an outage and we were asked to inform the customer to contact back because of which one customer filled a negative survey/ i informed my tl and was told that such negative survey will be removed and they will make an exception fast forward to incentive payout its being deducted the negative survey from the contact back period is not being removed well if i had got more than 5 negative surveys on the that day then they would have paid me nothing so as this is a company crm issue why i am being penalized i want to be paid in full how to go ahead and get this ?
