Do you have any circular about this ? if, please send the attachment, when i went to REg.ESI Office at hyd to find this issue, they are not aware of this issue. Thank GOD.

Hi All,
This is the notification for suggestions/objections but final order is still pending hence date of implementation, i checked with ESI Local & Branch Officials, they are stating that they yet to rec. the final notification , hence for April month limit is 10,000/- and final date of implemetation can be rec. by first week of may. will post u same when i will rec.

hi friends, the basic wage limit for ESI is 8,000 and below, two types of contributions are there in ESI those are employer, and employee contribution. The employer has to contribute 4.75% and the employee has to contribute 1.75%. And in the ESI benefit there are no. of benefits are there, for example sickness benefit, medical benefit, maternity benefit etc... i will share more information later..,,.

This is just a draft rule and proposal from people have been asked
Today, when many organisation has better option to go with private insurance companies for medical and accidental coberage, I don't think the limit should be increased.
During my HR career, I have found only 10-15 employees out of 500 going to ESI hospitals and dispensaries
