Dear Mr Praveenkumar Gupta,
Ability to meet the various targets of operational ratios by the operational staffs is a major challenge. Department trainer must train the staffs so that they meet their departmental KRAs or objectives.
If the department achieves its departmental KRA, the training was successful otherwise not. However, there lies a catch in this system. It depends on your recruitment standards and trainability of the staffs as well.
