dear dipti,

while resigning from any company u should keep one thing in mind. Dont say anything negetive about the company, even if it is not a good company.

The resignation letter should be short and sweet, with a genuine reason of leaving without affecting the image of the company...

Below is the copy of one post when I searched on cite HR supporting my views:

Resignation is something which people do it for two reasons. One when you get a better opportunity where growth is perceivable and the other when you or the management cannot see eye in eye! If the resignation is for the first reason, there is no problem you can thank them for having given an opportunity to work in that organization and for having learnt many things, because of which you are ready to take more responsibilities and career enhancements.

If the resignation is because of the second reason, though you are frustrated for any reason, you cannot express them in writing the resignation letter. Very plainly you can write due to personal reasons I am resigning the job. Because as other friends has put it, the world is small and we will meet sometime or the other. Instead of turning this side and that side, not able to face the other person, it is better we resign and leave without any rubbings. I am sure, with my experience, the other person will remember you and will have better words to speak about you in the later days. This will all happen because of the EGO which every one of us have. But while leaving, in polite way, you can explain that you are at no fault and also you may tell the circumstances that lead to this resignation.

I hope this reading will be beneficial for you.

You can mention the points of concern in your exit interview if you have one or maybe in a verbal manner to your reporting supervisor or boss. But its not wise to put in writing all these things in a Resignation Letter as there can be multiple implications like delayed clearance of your dues, negative refferal about your employment term, hindrances to your new opportunity and most importantly official relationship with the company and its personnel who would be wary about your thoughts.

Dear Dipti,
Greetings!!!!!!!!!
Purnima is bang on.
No love lost in resignation letter.
If you must let your previous organization know your viewpoint, then point that out in exit interview.

I think after read of purnima comments, its very clear that don't write anything when you are frushested, angry mood,or in hurry.because when you wrote something, lots of people read it.its show your behaviuor, your attitude, way of thinging and lots more.so be positive, nobody know you can meet them in future also any circumstance.

Dear Dipti,
Hope you have taken the advice of Purnima and acted wisely. The response from Purnima is splendid. Do not burn your bridges as you leave. Your stinging words in your resignation would remain in the records as well in the minds of people who matter. In your future employment searches, a reference check with this employer would perhaps get a very bad and confidential response and you would never know what had hit you. Your emotions, even if they are well founded and you have legitimate causes, have to be contained and burried as you go along. Life is too precisious to be wasted on salvaging people who have caused you so much distress, frustration and terrrible emotional pain. Learn to enjoy life and look ahead. Looking back only will leave an aching heart in you.
Forgive, forget and get on with your life.

Dear diptishah,
I don't comment anything on to your resignation... However just want to advice you to make the process simple and friendly..
Again you will get loads of sample letters in this site itself. Only thing you have to do is to search...

I do agree with Ms. purnima’s view. One should not express his frustration in his resignation letter. G.K.Manjunath
