Dear Deepu,
Do you know about the basics of performance evaluation? Why do you need to analyse performance by the ranking method? Who will be ranking the traineees? What sort of jobs are the trainees doing?
Sorry for asking a lot of questions. Answers to these questions are essential if the assessment process is to be seen to be valid and reliable. If you do not understand what I am on about, kindly search the web using Google and keywords from your query as the search terms.

Hi there,
In my experience new employees joining the organization do not require to be appraised as much as the old employees are however you can develop a probation report that can used as a method of evaluating their performance. This form usually is very generic does not need a lot of technical evaluation
