Hi ,
Bond system is the advantages for the employee & employer both.
FOR EMPLOYER - If comp. give some training for the any employee improvement that time company spanned the more money & time, if employee leave the org. after training so comp. got the so much loss. and any employee do the some work so they can not brake that work in meddle.
FOR EMPLOYEE - comp. never turn off particular employee service in bond duration if they are so have to give some compensation . Job security also employee have.
so bond system is beneficial for both side.
