To my experience womens are good to talk and understand but the fact is also that most of them seldomly understand... and there lies great conflict...
Womens have less patience as compare to man and so they cannot solve much problems of life..
Being well qualified and having a good position is not enough. one should have great a patience towards life and a forgiving heart.
